Dr. Matt Winters has been awarded a two-year monetary award from Equal Access International to support research into the effectiveness of the organization's USAID-funded countering-violent-extremism radio programming in Niger. The project is building on a relationship that was initially developed by Dr. Jake Bowers and Chris Grady.
